HTML job description: For our client we are looking for candidates for the position of Senior Manager, eLabeling – Business Outcomes Delivery (ePI/ Digital Labeling) – M/K.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for structured digital labeling solutions (e.g. ePI, FHIR, IDMP)
• Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements
• Lead the global deployment and adoption of structured authoring platforms and digital labeling capabilities
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria
• Prioritize product backlog and features to maximize business value and user adoption
• Collaborate with senior business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable and compliant solutions
• Drive process, data, and technology governance, ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and user insights to inform product decisions and continuous improvement
• Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of new tools and processes across global teams
• Provide matrix leadership across cross-functional and international teams

WYMAGANIA:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6-8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
• Strong experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, labeling, Medical Information, or CMC
• Proven experience in product ownership, product management, or leading digital/transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
• Experience in defining product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and prioritizing features
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a global, matrix environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Fluent English
• Experience with eLabeling, structured authoring, or digital product information initiatives
• Knowledge of standards such as FHIR, IDMP, or ePI
• Experience working with SaaS platforms and external vendors
• Experience in digital transformation, product delivery, or agile environments
• Familiarity with AI-based tools or data-driven solutions in regulatory processes
• Advanced degree (e.g. MSc, PharmD, PhD)
