Tax and Statutory Junior Manager (M/K)

As a Tax and Statutory Junior Manager you will be responsible for managing end to end tax compliance and statutory reporting processes for a global client. You will coordinate the work of an external service provider and lead your internal team to ensure accurate, timely and high quality delivery.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:

• Oversee end to end tax compliance and statutory reporting across multiple entities
• Manage the performance of an external Managed Service Provider ensuring KPIs deadlines and quality standards are met
• Monitor delivery progress resolve issues and handle escalations where required
• Review and validate tax and financial data including corporate income tax deferred tax and reconciliations
• Support internal and external audits as well as regulatory reviews
• Act as the main contact for the client on operational tax matters
• Lead develop and support a team of tax and statutory professionals
• Drive process improvements ensuring proper documentation and operational continuity

WYMAGANIA:

• 6–9 years of experience in tax statutory accounting or finance within an international environment
• Proven experience in team leadership or people management
• Strong understanding of accounting processes tax reporting and financial data flows
• Experience working in SSC BPO or outsourced service delivery models
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Fluent English
